Welcome to The White Store India Loyalty Program!

By participating in our loyalty program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• The loyalty program is open to all registered customers of The White Store India.
• Points can be earned only on orders placed through our official website: thewhitestoreindia.com.
• Points can be earned only when you are logged in.

2. Earning Points

• You earn 1 loyalty point for every ₹1 spent (excluding shipping charges, discounts, or taxes).
• Points are credited to your account after your order is successfully delivered.
• If an order is cancelled or refunded, the corresponding points will be deducted.

3. Redeeming Points

• Points can be redeemed only on future purchases made through our website.
• Every 50points = ₹1 discount on your cart or checkout page.
• There is no minimum or maximum limit to redeem points unless stated otherwise during special promotions.
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or transferred to another user.
• Points can only be used at The White Store India (closed-loop system).

Terms and conditions for giveaway reward points (Reward points gifted as part of giveaways conducted on Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube) Gift reward points can be applied only when the cart contains a minimum of two products. If reward points are used on a single-product order, the order will be automatically cancelled, and the applied points will not be refunded.

4. Expiry of Points

• “All reward points will expire on January 1st of every year.”
• Expired points cannot be restored or reissued.
• In the event that The White Store India permanently ceases operations or shuts down its website, all unredeemed points will automatically be terminated and hold no value.

5. Changes or Termination

• The White Store India reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program or its terms at any time, without prior notice.
• Any misuse or fraudulent activity may result in cancellation of points or suspension of your loyalty account.

6. Data Privacy

• By joining the loyalty program, you consent to the collection and use of your data (such as name, contact details, and purchase history) for tracking points, providing rewards, and sending you promotional offers.
• Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. General Terms

• Points have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed outside The White Store India website.
• The decision of The White Store India regarding point calculations or disputes will be final and binding.
• If reward points are redeemed and the order is later refunded, the equivalent reward point amount will be deducted from the refund, or the applied coupon will be deactivated. Any misuse or fraudulent activity involving reward points may result in the account being banned.
