Shipping and Delivery Policy

We deliver products across India through trusted courier partners.

Shipping Time:
– Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Charges:
– Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
– A small fee may apply for orders below this amount.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders within selected serviceable locations.

COD Order Confirmation

For all COD orders, COD charges along with a 30% advance amount of the total order value must be paid upfront to confirm the order.
The order will be processed only after the advance payment is successfully received.

Balance Payment

The remaining order amount must be paid in cash at the time of delivery.

Advance Refund (If Order Is Cancelled by Us)

If a COD order is cancelled by us for any reason, the advance amount paid will be refunded within 7 working days to the original payment method.

Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders, the full order amount is paid online at checkout.

✔ No COD charges are applicable for prepaid orders.
✔ Prepaid orders are processed faster and help avoid additional COD fees.

Non-Refundable Advance (COD)

For COD orders, the advance amount is non-refundable once the order has been shipped, except in cases where the order is cancelled by us.

Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if advance payment is not completed or if the delivery location is not serviceable.

Order Tracking:
Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp.

Delays:
Delays due to natural disasters, lockdowns, or courier issues are beyond our control.

We will notify you of any expected delay.
