Cancellation and Returns Policy

We aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. If you wish to cancel or request a refund, please follow these terms:

Order Cancellation:
– Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
– Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

To cancel, email support@thewhitestoreindia.com with your order number.
Return & Refund:
– Eligible only for damaged, defective, or wrong products received.

-The issue is reported within 24hours of delivery.

– The product is unused and in original condition.
– Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.
– Refund will be credited to the original payment method (via Razorpay).
